About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to business services departments.
- Align HR best practices and processes with Firm goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with People Team’s centers of excellence.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with department and Firm goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proactively engage with senior management to identify HR opportunities.
- Oversee performance management process.
- Identify learning and development needs and collaborate accordingly.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of six years of related human resource experience
