About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the New Business Conflicts Clearance team by conducting thorough conflicts checks.
Maintain accurate records in the conflicts database.
Ensure the seamless operation of the conflicts resolution process.
Review and analyze conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
Collaborate with members of the New Business Conflict Clearance team and Office of the General Counsel.
Validate the requirements for each conflict check.
Conduct corporate research using both internal and external resources.
Provide coverage for department functions, including after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years experience in new business conflicts analysis at an Am Law 200 firm is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with conflicts database software, preferably iManage or Intapp.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating and business needs.
