About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the New Business Conflicts Clearance team by conducting thorough conflicts checks.
  • Maintain accurate records in the conflicts database.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of the conflicts resolution process.
  • Review and analyze conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
  • Collaborate with members of the New Business Conflict Clearance team and Office of the General Counsel.
  • Validate the requirements for each conflict check.
  • Conduct corporate research using both internal and external resources.
  • Provide coverage for department functions, including after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in new business conflicts analysis at an Am Law 200 firm is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with conflicts database software, preferably iManage or Intapp.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating and business needs.
