About the role
- Compile, review and submit scope LTQR deliverables, ensuring compliance to requirements
- Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents
- End to End configuration control of records
- Prepare data reports on document status for LTQR Manager when required
- Assist with production of LTQR handover packs
- Assist Area LTQR Co-ordinators to ensure appropriate LTQRs are submitted for work packages as required by contract
- Review LTQRs for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports
- Role split: 20% site based and 80% based at SDC offices in Bridgwater
Requirements
- Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records
- Discipline specific qualification preferred
- Major Project or Nuclear Experience beneficial
- Ability to obtain a BPSS Security clearance
- Evidence of right to work in the UK
