About the role

  • Coordinate and supervise all types of temporary works.
  • Ensure safe erection, use, maintenance and dismantling of temporary work.
  • Delegate and organise tasks to align with temporary works schedule.
  • Engage with clients and contractors to ensure the temporary works are designed and implemented.
  • Manage and monitor temporary works to ensure delivery in line with HSEQ policy.
  • Prepare, maintain and review the Temporary Works register.
  • Collaborate with Site Engineering and Installation team.
  • Design safe, compliant and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Coordinate and supervise all types of temporary works in line with Bilfinger's Temporary works procedures.
  • Ensure safe erection, use, maintenance and dismantling of temporary work.
  • Delegate and organise tasks to align with the temporary works schedule.
  • Engage with the client and contractors to ensure the temporary works are designed, checked and implemented on site.
  • Manage and monitor all temporary works to ensure delivery in line with Bilfinger UK HSEQ policy.
  • Prepare, maintain and regularly review the Temporary Works register to ensure all temporary works and assigned level of risk is included.
  • Work closely with the Site Engineering and Installation team.
  • Submit material needs to procurement and logistics in timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with UK construction codes and standards.
  • Provide input into Risk assessments and Method statements.
