About the role
- Provide leadership for rail projects within the SZC Site Delivery Programme
- Develop and deliver implementation plans for rail projects
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and manage project strategies
- Assist in securing required resources and develop multidisciplinary solutions
- Ensure planning and delivery meet safety, quality, time, and cost parameters
Requirements
- Track record of delivering multi-disciplinary rail projects in complex environments
- Engineering design and contract strategies for project delivery
- Managing multi-discipline EPCM projects
- Procurement and management of complex contracts
- Control of costs, risk, schedule, and change
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Outlook 365, Microsoft TEAMs, Document management systems, GIS
- Degree and chartered status in an engineering or related field
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification
- Suitable CSCS certification
- Experience engaging various stakeholders
- Working knowledge of rail standards and procedures
