About the role
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture prospects (Brazilian e‑commerce businesses) generated from our content and sign-ups
- Make daily outbound calls
- Schedule meetings between e‑commerce clients and our account executives
- Update and maintain the CRM
- Understand prospects' needs
- Maintain relationships with prospects
- Engage with e‑commerce businesses via calls, email, and other channels
- Communicate the value and benefits of our solution
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbal (phone) and written
- Strong schedule and time management skills
- Organized and able to prioritize when handling a high volume of tasks
- Analytical mindset
- Results-driven with the ability to work toward targets
