About the role
- Manage the engineering resources to deliver run/maintain services and integrate changes.
- Oversee the engineers performing patching and updates.
- Coordinate with Technical Authorities for identifying technical debt and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on engineering plans for changes.
- Handle engineering response to P1-P4 issues and act as Incident Manager for P1 and P2 incidents.
- Participate in Change Approval Boards and assess solutions and capacity for changes.
Requirements
- Must have, or be eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
- Experience managing engineering resources and processes.
- Technical understanding of patching and updates.
- Ability to coordinate with Technical Authorities.
- Strong communication skills with service delivery teams.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and incident resolution standards.
- Previous experience in a similar engineering management role is preferred.
