About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

First point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service
Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented, and with a smile

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
Valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
