About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates
- Manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracy
- Liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals
- Maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shops
- Receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendations
- Assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in repair estimation
- Experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software
- Vehicle salvage knowledge
- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or associate’s degree with relevant experience
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional decision-making abilities
- Adaptable and able to multitask
