Head of Long-term, Subscription
SIXTSenior leader responsible for SIXT's Long-Term and Subscription Rentals, focusing on growth and profitability. Aimed at building a high-growth business with full P&L accountability.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full P&L and commercial strategy for both SIXT+ and Classic Long-Term Rentals
- Define and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy covering pricing, acquisition, retention, segmentation, and revenue expansion
- Lead the transformation of SIXT+ and Classic Long-Term into a scalable, standalone division
- Steer cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Product
- Serve as the primary US interface for global SIXT+ and Long-Term product teams
- Lead expansion decisions across geography, channel mix, and B2B/corporate fleet
- Develop business cases for fleet planning, capital allocation, technology investment, and headcount
- Represent the business internally and externally, building brand presence, credibility, and market reach
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership, including 3 to 5+ years at Director or VP level with full P&L ownership in a subscription, long-term mobility, or recurring-revenue business operating in the US
- Proven track record scaling subscription or long-term mobility businesses
- Highly fluent in P&L management, unit economics, and building data-driven business cases
- Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and customer lifecycle management
- Experience in matrixed organizations, driving commercial outcomes through influence rather than authority
- Strong background in business transformation, managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the presence to influence at every level, including C-suite and Board
