About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You train rental agents to create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
- You coach branch managers on training rental agents in sales, service, and goal-setting
- You conduct and document Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback evaluations providing data-driven insights to branch managers and leadership
- You recognize and reward sales staff to build morale and strengthen branch culture
- You advise as an expert on all SIXT vehicles, protection items, and extras
- You regularly meet with branch and regional managers to review progress and complete detailed reporting
- You analyze detailed data using AI tools and intermediate Excel skills to deliver tailored reporting that supports operations teams in maximizing sales and service
- You meet all sales and service standards while handling customer complaints professionally and confidently
Requirements
What you’ll need- You bring a minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales, ideally with a track record of meeting sales quotas or commission-based roles
- You translate quantified data into concrete actions that improve operational team performance and monitor impact
- You are available to travel extensively within your assigned patch, with minimal overnight stays
- You excel at interpersonal relationship building and have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You are highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
