About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service
  • Responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
  • Increase revenue and profitability
  • Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents
  • Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team
  • Responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks, and ensure efficient workflows
  • Ensure a premium customer service culture and optimize processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service
  • 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental)
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus)
  • Highly organized and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
