About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service
- Responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
- Increase revenue and profitability
- Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents
- Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team
- Responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks, and ensure efficient workflows
- Ensure a premium customer service culture and optimize processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service
- 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental)
- Good supervisory skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus)
- Highly organized and excellent customer service skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
