Key responsibilities & impact

  • As a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), you handle incoming customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email, resolve complaints with empathy, and provide tailored solutions while collecting valuable feedback.
  • Your support ensures an outstanding customer experience and directly contributes to strengthening the SIXT brand.
  • You provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in every interaction.
  • You communicate confidently and empathetically with customers in Dutch and English.
  • You analyze customer requests, identify needs, and offer effective solutions.
  • You adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
  • You proactively anticipate customer needs and maintain a service-oriented mindset.
  • You work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have already gained initial experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent service comes naturally to you.
  • You speak fluently Dutch and English (C1 level or higher).
  • You enjoy interacting with partners and customers and possess strong communication skills and empathy.
  • You can respond quickly to new situations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office.
