Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday
