About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and e-mail
- Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products and services
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly, professional service
- Identify and escalate complex cases when needed
- Contribute as an active team player
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday
