About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
- Assist customers with questions related to vehicle rental and pickup, and closing reservations.
- Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
- Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot self-service issues.
- Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
- Promote additional sales and improvements through calls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passionate about customer service and mobility solutions.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
- Excellent customer orientation and ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in an international environment.
- Quick identification of problems and proposing effective solutions to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
