About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incoming customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in dealing with customers
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
