About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You acquire new dealerships and partners in the area of after-sales through targeted prospecting and ensure the corresponding revenue ramp-up
  • You build close relationships with existing customers and provide comprehensive account management
  • You develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • You analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs in the dealership, workshop and repair shop segment
  • You negotiate contracts and terms with customers and establish long-term partnerships
  • You are responsible for analysing and monitoring sales KPIs, identifying new business opportunities and additional revenue potential, deriving recommendations for action and implementing them

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualifications or a degree in business administration (university/FH/technical college)
  • You bring proven success from dealerships, after-sales or OEM roles in a national or international environment
  • You are comfortable engaging with major industry names and key decision-makers and feel at home in dealerships, workshops and repair shops
  • You have strong knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and are proficient in MS Office
  • You possess fluent German and English skills
