About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You acquire new dealerships and partners in the area of after-sales through targeted prospecting and ensure the corresponding revenue ramp-up
- You build close relationships with existing customers and provide comprehensive account management
- You develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- You analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs in the dealership, workshop and repair shop segment
- You negotiate contracts and terms with customers and establish long-term partnerships
- You are responsible for analysing and monitoring sales KPIs, identifying new business opportunities and additional revenue potential, deriving recommendations for action and implementing them
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualifications or a degree in business administration (university/FH/technical college)
- You bring proven success from dealerships, after-sales or OEM roles in a national or international environment
- You are comfortable engaging with major industry names and key decision-makers and feel at home in dealerships, workshops and repair shops
- You have strong knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and are proficient in MS Office
- You possess fluent German and English skills
