About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks
Manage vehicle availability and coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs
Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs
Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation, decals, and tags
Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, completing condition reports and coordinating necessary repairs
Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements and cleaning schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Organized and detail-oriented
Analytical Skills with strong abilities to deliver data-driven insights
Experience conducting in-depth reporting and analysis
Highly organized in managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, and work orders
Ability to collaborate as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
Open to travel (5-10%), some by airplane
Willing to wear a company uniform
Speaking other languages is a plus
