About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You train rental agents to create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
You coach branch managers on training rental agents in sales, service, and goal-setting.
You conduct and document Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback evaluations providing data-driven insights to branch managers and leadership.
You recognize and reward sales staff to build morale and strengthen branch culture.
You advise as an expert on all SIXT vehicles, protection items, and extras.
You regularly meet with branch and regional managers to review progress and complete detailed reporting.
You analyze detailed data using AI tools and intermediate Excel skills to deliver tailored reporting that supports operations teams in maximizing sales and service.
You meet all sales and service standards while handling customer complaints professionally and confidently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring a minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales, ideally with a track record of meeting sales quotas or commission-based roles.
You translate quantified data into concrete actions that improve operational team performance and monitor impact.
You are available to travel extensively within your assigned patch, with minimal overnight stays.
You excel at interpersonal relationship building and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You are highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
