About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary
- Offer additional products and services like prepaid fuel and toll passes
- Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and adjusting as needed
- Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to wear a company uniform
- Speaking other languages is a plus
