Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary
Offer additional products and services like prepaid fuel and toll passes
Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and adjusting as needed
Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Basic computer navigation skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Willing to wear a company uniform
Speaking other languages is a plus
