About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
- Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations.
- Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
- Provide technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service area.
- Collaborate with SIXT branches across different countries.
- Make outbound calls to promote add-on sales and service improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer Orientation: Strong ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-changing work environment, including availability for night shifts.
- Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues in an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation.
- Solution-Focused: Able to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
