About the role

  • Take full ownership of your territory, proactively identifying and developing new SME fleet customers across London and the Southwest.
  • Spend your time on the ground meeting customers, understanding their operations, and uncovering opportunities where SIXT Van & Truck can add real value.
  • Stay close to local market activity, upcoming projects, and commercial developments to open doors and initiate meaningful sales conversations.
  • Assess each customer’s unique requirements and design tailored mobility solutions using the full SIXT Van & Truck product portfolio.
  • Generate your own leads, convert them into active trading accounts, and deliver ongoing support that builds loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Accurately record all customer activity and pipeline information in Salesforce, maintaining high data quality and visibility.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in new business development, ideally within mobility services, vehicle rental, leasing, or the automotive sector.
  • Confident generating, managing, and closing your own leads with minimal supervision.
  • Able to plan strategically while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with a genuine drive to exceed targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred, but not essential.
