About the role
- Support Key Account Management in implementing projects and events
- Act as the professional point of contact for clients and as a liaison to external partners and rental locations
- Independently prepare and send offers/quotes in a national and international context
- Source vehicles internally and externally for automotive testing and special events
- Monitor deadlines and schedules and maintain data in CRM systems
- Deploy to larger projects on site, including supervision and vehicle transfers
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or a degree (university/college/advanced technical college)
- Proven experience in direct customer contact
- Service-oriented mindset with negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Passion for project work and working with people
- Proficiency in common MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
