About the role
- Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams or engineering managers, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and technical excellence while championing the adoption of modern software development best practices with a strong emphasis on AI usage and agentic engineering
- Empower teams to design and deliver scalable, reliable systems while promoting modern engineering practices and strong architectural thinking
- Act as a servant leader by coaching, mentoring, and supporting autonomous teams in solving complex technical and organizational challenges
- Partner closely with product leaders to shape product vision, translate business problems into technical solutions, and deliver measurable customer and business value
- Drive execution and delivery across large cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Balance speed and quality by managing trade-offs between rapid delivery, system scalability, and long-term technical sustainability
Requirements
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact technical products in fast-paced environments
- Strong technical foundation with experience guiding teams through architecture, system design, and large-scale distributed systems
- Experience building and operating cloud-based platforms using technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to challenge technical assumptions, identify risks early, and support teams in designing robust and scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact
- Deep understanding of agile development practices and a strong feedback culture that promotes learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
