Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security, risk management, IT audit, or related fields
- Strong understanding of security controls, risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and compliance requirements
- Analytical mindset to evaluate complex systems
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and traditional risk assessments
- Effective communication skills to translate technical risk into business language
- Problem-solving skills to balance automated and manual assessment techniques
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
