About the role

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
  • Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process.
  • Verify customer information and provide related assistance.

Requirements

  • Customer Orientation : Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
  • Effective Communication : Skills to communicate clearly and persuasively.
