About the role
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
- Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process.
- Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
- Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
- Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.
Requirements
- Customer Orientation : Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
- Effective Communication : Skills to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Flexibility : Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts.
- Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with other team members.
