About the role
- Responsibility for analyzing end-to-end damage processes and adjacent workflows
- Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing AI and automation opportunities with strategic impact
- Leading the design and conception of AI agents and agent-based workflows, including governance and human-in-the-loop
- Developing MVPs and transitioning them into production
- Technical integration into existing system landscapes (APIs, RPA, OCR, data sources)
- KPI-based monitoring and coordination of internal teams and external partners at the corporate level
Requirements
- Several years of experience in AI-driven process optimization, intelligent automation, or business process management
- Solid hands-on experience in developing, orchestrating, and implementing AI agents and automated workflows
- Confident working knowledge of APIs, RPA/automation tools, and data integration, as well as experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, function calling, or retrieval
- Analytical and technical thinking, understanding of interfaces between data, processes, and systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to bridge business and tech perspectives
- Hands-on prototyping experience, working in international, scaling process landscapes, and managing external teams
- Fluent communication in German and English
