Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
  • Strong skills in influencing and negotiating
  • Confidence in analyzing market trends and using data to shape pricing and sales strategies
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Experienced with CRM systems and digital sales platforms
  • Understanding of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is a plus
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
