About the role
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for used vehicles through B2B channels
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealer partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership buyers
- Build trust-based relationships through consistent communication and reliable service
- Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing
- Proactively identify and address challenges within the remarketing process
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
- Strong skills in influencing and negotiating
- Confidence in analyzing market trends and using data to shape pricing and sales strategies
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Experienced with CRM systems and digital sales platforms
- Understanding of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is a plus
- Willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
