- Handling complex inquiries from our international corporate and VIP customers
- Responsible for bookings, change requests and assisting with bookings via web and app
- Communicating with customers by email and phone in German and English
- Ensuring excellent quality standards in customer service
Requirements
- Professional experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality or a comparable role
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
