About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and direction across a portfolio of Federal Civilian contracts, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Serve as a trusted partner to government customers, including Contracting Officers, CORs, and senior agency leaders.
Be accountable for the overall health of the portfolio, including revenue, profitability, staffing, forecasting, customer satisfaction, and delivery performance.
Help others succeed by mentoring Program Managers, supporting talent development, and strengthening leadership capabilities across the organization.
Play an active role in growing the business by helping shape recompetes, capture strategies, proposals, and account expansion opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
12+ years of experience leading programs, portfolios, or delivery organizations supporting U.S. federal government customers.
5+ years of experience managing leaders, Program Managers, or large delivery teams in a federal contracting environment.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-program portfolios while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
Experience owning portfolio financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, staffing strategy, and resource planning.
Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively engage senior government and industry stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of federal contracting, including FAR-based contracts, IDIQ/task order vehicles, subcontractor management, and program governance.
Experience supporting business growth through capture activities, proposal development, recompetes, and strategic account expansion.
Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed teams in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
