Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the quality and capture of market and trading master data
Handle simple to very complex customer inquiries and contribute to the enhancement or development of customer solutions
Work closely with Product Management, Change Management and SIX Exchange Regulation on various projects
Conduct Business Acceptance Tests in projects and exchange releases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training and/or a university degree, preferably in business administration or business information systems
At least 5 years of professional experience in operations and/or in client support within the financial industry
Good knowledge of the exchange environment, in particular knowledge of financial products throughout their entire lifecycle
Understanding of technical contexts and data modelling is an advantage, as well as strong analytical thinking skills
Committed, independent and solution-oriented personality with an exact and precise working style
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
