About the role
- independent monitoring of compliance with stock exchange regulations and enforcement of transparency obligations for companies listed on the Swiss stock exchange in the specialist areas of ad hoc publicity and management transactions
- preparation and conduct of preliminary investigations as well as investigation and sanctioning proceedings
- oral and written responses to inquiries from issuers and their representatives
- legal support on general legal matters and collaboration on internal projects
Requirements
- completed law degree and Swiss bar admission
- at least 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in procedural and litigation law
- interest in economic contexts and solid knowledge of Swiss corporate and capital markets law
- collegiality, curiosity and a commitment to achieving professional results
- structured and efficient work style, as well as willingness to support other teams and departments
- fluent German and very good English skills, spoken and written
- good written French skills are an advantage
