About the role

  • proactively partner with business and product management to identify improvements and opportunities across the domain for new projects and changes
  • design scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions based on clear business requirements
  • manage stakeholders and communicate plans and milestones throughout delivery
  • prepare solution documentation to initiate development and provide guidance to the IT team during development & implementation phase
  • define test cases that enable the development team to verify new functionality effectively

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services, including securities settlement and post‑trade processing
  • hands‑on experience in IT development
  • ability to quickly learn new tools and IT concepts
  • strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint)
  • comfortable working with Jira
  • strong prioritization and troubleshooting skills
  • very good communication skills in English (verbal and written), German will be an advantage.
