About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- proactively partner with business and product management to identify improvements and opportunities across the domain for new projects and changes
- design scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions based on clear business requirements
- manage stakeholders and communicate plans and milestones throughout delivery
- prepare solution documentation to initiate development and provide guidance to the IT team during development & implementation phase
- define test cases that enable the development team to verify new functionality effectively
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services, including securities settlement and post‑trade processing
- hands‑on experience in IT development
- ability to quickly learn new tools and IT concepts
- strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint)
- comfortable working with Jira
- strong prioritization and troubleshooting skills
- very good communication skills in English (verbal and written), German will be an advantage.
