About the role

  • Support and advise employees on operations and IT matters in day-to-day activities
  • Represent business interests to central IT and other internal stakeholders
  • Capture and document business requirements in close collaboration with specialist teams and support them through to successful implementation
  • Perform impact analyses of changes and new features on business processes and applications
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree or education in Business Informatics, Organization, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • 1–2 years of experience in requirements engineering within the financial sector, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Practical experience with an agile delivery model (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Quick grasp, analytical and conceptual thinking, and an independent, reliable, and precise working style
  • Strong command of German and good knowledge of English
