About the role
- Manage strategic and highly complex projects using SIX methodology, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the entire project lifecycle
- Analyze initiatives, prepare value‑driven proposals, and present them in internal and external forums, representing the organization at national and international levels
- Act as a bridge between business and IT to define requirements, align solutions, ensure functional quality, and lead testing and implementation activities
- Produce and review key documentation (procedures, functional requirements, legal and technical materials), ensuring full compliance with SIX governance standards
- Provide subject‑matter expertise as a functional reference, contributing to internal and external working groups and influencing product aspects such as pricing strategies and operating models
- Drive organizational transformation toward agile and virtual operating models, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and consistency in the execution of complex projects
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Project management or Project portfolio area.
- Experience in financial markets, clearing or settlement area will be highly valuable
- Proven leadership skills through leading project teams
- Project management skills, agile methods (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe) and good general management knowledge
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Very good oral and written skills in English and Spanish
