About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior marketing positions and customer support roles.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in the development and execution of onboarding plans for new hires.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level and high-volume hiring.
- Experience in IT recruitment will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR software.
- Fluent in English.
