Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior marketing positions and customer support roles.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Assist in the development and execution of onboarding plans for new hires.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level and high-volume hiring.
Experience in IT recruitment will be a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR software.
Fluent in English.
