About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of 15+ QA engineers (manual and automation) in a hybrid environment with co-located and remote team members
Drive the Brand Integrity transformation: evolve from component-based testing to comprehensive brand-centric QA ensuring seamless end-user experiences
Establish cross-functional collaboration frameworks between QA, Development, and Product teams
Implement robust requirements clarification processes to ensure alignment before development begins
Define and execute the QA automation strategy using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or similar
Build and maintain automation frameworks for React/Next.js frontend and .NET backend systems
Create quality metrics that measure brand experience quality, not just component functionality
Develop testing standards and best practices that scale across 20+ casino brands
Manage QA resources, budgets, and tooling investments

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of QA experience with 4+ years in leadership roles managing teams of 10+ engineers
Proven experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or similar regulated gaming environments
Strong background in QA automation strategy and hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools
Experience with testing frameworks for React/Next.js and .NET ecosystems
Track record of driving process transformation and cultural change in QA organizations
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration with Development and Product teams
Experience managing distributed teams (hybrid/remote)
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
