About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform thorough testing of software applications
Identify, document, and track defects and issues
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective actions
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testing considerations
Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and tools
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
4+ years of experience in quality assurance for technology products
Proven experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
Extensive experience working in Agile environments
