About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead scrum ceremonies and organize software development teams
Facilitate team ceremonies and remove roadblocks
Lead and coach the team in self-organization using Scrum or Kanban
Assist the team in informed decision making
Foster collaboration between functional areas
Encourage continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and feedback sessions
Manage Azure DevOps boards and increase team productivity
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and scope
Act as a liaison between the technical delivery team and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models
Extensive knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles and practices
Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
Agile certifications a plus: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe
Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members
Experience using Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool is a plus
Experience working remotely and household setup conducive to remote work
