Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of SitusAMC’s enterprise process automation strategy
Manage processes to obtain business requirements, define solutions, and prioritize development and testing
Act as first line of support to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
Create quality BRDs and project documentation to identify business needs
Implement process automation best practices
May manage staff expectations, performance, and engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
1+ years in Associate level role or external equivalent
Expertise in K2 process automation software preferred
2+ years of residential or commercial real estate required
Resourceful with strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytic skills
Experience with software development life cycle methodologies
Highly Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
