Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate compliance program that enables innovation while ensuring legal adherence
- Support business growth with monitoring of regulatory developments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compliant solutions
- Maintain procedures and documentation for regulated activities
- Review and negotiate contracts for regulatory compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent
- Progressive leadership experience in regulatory compliance, legal, and/or risk management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
