About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage collateral related services across multiple client trades
- Creation and timely delivery of accurate trade reporting to clients
- Ensure client reports are provided a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled calls
- Facilitate coordination of new projects with internal resources
- Communicate with clients to ensure needs and expectations are met
- Evaluate and resolve loan level issues as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- Expert level knowledge in reviewing mortgage collateral documents
- Ability to gather, research, compare and analyze complex data
- Proficient in Excel; intermediate to advanced skills including pivot tables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook
- Superior verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Self-motivated with the initiative to research and apply information
