About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy security patches, software updates, and application packages
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and software
- Maintain and enforce configuration and security baselines
- Monitor endpoint management systems for performance and compliance
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues and resolve incidents
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Support escalations from Service Desk teams
- Conduct regular audits of endpoint configurations
- Provide end-user training and support
- Maintain detailed records of system changes and compliance metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in endpoint administration, desktop support, or IT systems operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Advanced proficiency in creating, maintaining, and deploying operating system images
- Expertise in patch management methodologies
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Office suites and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong working knowledge of software and hardware diagnostic tools
- Solid understanding of basic networking and security principles
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing administrative or technical tasks
- Ability to lift, move, and set up technology equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
