About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy security patches, software updates, and application packages
Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and software
Maintain and enforce configuration and security baselines
Monitor endpoint management systems for performance and compliance
Troubleshoot endpoint issues and resolve incidents
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Support escalations from Service Desk teams
Conduct regular audits of endpoint configurations
Provide end-user training and support
Maintain detailed records of system changes and compliance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in endpoint administration, desktop support, or IT systems operations
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Advanced proficiency in creating, maintaining, and deploying operating system images
Expertise in patch management methodologies
Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Office suites and Microsoft 365 applications
Strong working knowledge of software and hardware diagnostic tools
Solid understanding of basic networking and security principles
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing administrative or technical tasks
Ability to lift, move, and set up technology equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
