About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support technical implementation activities for assigned clients, including software configuration tasks, training preparation, and testing support.
- Assist in coordinating implementation timelines and client readiness activities to help transition new client projects into production.
- Provide day-to-day support to promote client adoption after go-live, reinforcing standard usage and addressing routine questions.
- Support production usage by receiving client issues, performing initial triage, and documenting and validating details for follow-up.
- Route production issues and requests to appropriate internal resources and track updates through resolution.
- Deliver Client Admin, end-user, and internal training sessions and/or training support as assigned.
- Build and maintain working knowledge of SitusAMC software functionality and client workflows to support effective guidance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant industry and/or implementation experience supporting software implementations and/or client-facing production support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to resolve moderately complex issues within established processes
