About the role
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day execution of client and lending partner needs
- Provide operational support with technical and operational solutions
- Create and participate in prospective client presentations
- Coordinate meetings and take notes on calls
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Liaise with offshore resources for client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing team for materials preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school
- 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience
- 2+ years related industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Familiarity with residential and commercial mortgage warehouse facility structure
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively
- Ability to solve problems and gather information skillfully
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written form
