About the role

Provide valuation advisory services, risk management and ALM solutions
Support the internal team with all aspects of CRE debt and structured securities valuation
Client interaction, data management, and other ad hoc requests
Manage and execute certain projects independently
Work with colleagues to produce valuation analyses for clients as needed
Perform model-based valuations
Create custom reports for clients as needed
Perform certain research functions related to CRE debt and CMBS
Interface with clients to explain methodologies and resolve valuation issues

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent level of education and experience
Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience
Experience in Structured Finance including CMBS, CRE mortgages preferred
Strong technical skills and practical experience with cash flow and valuation concepts preferred
Advanced excel skills
Excellent time management skills
Team player & ability to multi-task and cross-train as needed based on business demands and performance
Detail and quality oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills
Additional skills preferred, not required: use of Bloomberg, and Intex or Trepp models
