About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the recruitment process within the organization
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates
- Collaborate with Sr Talent Acquisition Partner on job requirements
- Maintain the Workday ATS System
- Schedule interviews and assist in drafting offer letters
- Provide timely feedback to applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean searching)
- Proficient technology skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
