Support the recruitment process within the organization
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates
Collaborate with Sr Talent Acquisition Partner on job requirements
Maintain the Workday ATS System
Schedule interviews and assist in drafting offer letters
Provide timely feedback to applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent
Experience with Workday ATS
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean searching)
Proficient technology skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
