Supports systems analysis, design, programming, developing, testing, debugging, and documentation for assigned software projects
Participates in software design meetings
Troubleshoots and provides technical solutions to customer production issues
Peer reviews development team code for feedback and quality control
Collaborates frequently with business analysts, quality assurance, and company leadership to serve clients
Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Requirements

Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Masters degree program at an accredited school; majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Development or related field
6 months - 1 year of software development experience
Must be proficient in programming languages and technologies: .Net, Java, Python, JavaScript, React, SQL
Experience with automated testing a plus
Proactive problem solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
Experience working with AI tools (Chatgpt, Claude, etc)
Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
Strategic thinking and planning
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
