About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and execution of TV, radio, and OOH media campaigns
- Work alongside the Media Planning Supervisor and collaborate with other Digital Media Planners, Account Teams, Project Managers, and external partners
- Manage and execute offline media strategies for clients across Broadway, Attractions, and Arts & Culture verticals
- Support end-to-end media planning and execution of offline media campaigns, from initial proposals/RFPs to vendor selection, campaign maintenance, post-campaign reporting, and budget maintenance
- Monitor campaign budgets through weekly pacing to ensure delivery and accuracy
- Request TV and radio logs and proof of purchase from all vendors regularly as part of documentation process
- Support with reporting by requesting post-logs and performance data from Situation’s offline media partners
- Stay on top of industry trends within offline media channels and regularly share findings with the wider team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of experience either buying or planning offline media (TV, Radio, OOH,, etc.)
- At least 1-2 years of experience working within an agency environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with Asana and Prisma a plus
