About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver error-free, production-ready files that meet the highest quality standards and reduce revisions.
  • Support team growth by mentoring team members on best practices and production techniques.
  • Design and layout assets based on spec sheets through to final proofing.
  • Maintain an average of 34 hours of billable work per week.
  • Provide expertise in production to influence the quality and feasibility of creative projects.
  • During downtime, work on other design-related projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with designers to ensure concepts are feasible and meet production standards.
  • Mentor team members on production best practices and technical techniques.
  • Deliver production ready files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Build out mechanicals as needed for release of front of house and out of home media.
  • Work with production team to proof and provide quality control of the individual assets prior to posting.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain seamless production workflows.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks to guarantee quality and minimize errors.
  • Address client needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and smooth delivery.
  • Optimize production processes to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Uphold the agency’s values of innovation and excellence in all aspects of work.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years of creative design experience, ideally in entertainment or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of the Broadway space or live event marketing.
  • A strong portfolio of high-impact, multi-platform campaigns—in theater, live events, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven experience mentoring creative teams and developing talent.
  • Fluency across digital, video, social, and experiential channels; familiarity with emerging tools and trends (including AI) is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts while maintaining high creative standards.
